anyIP accepts crypto payments through NowPayments. Most “I paid but my traffic did not arrive” cases come from one of a few causes: the wrong asset was sent, the wrong network was selected, the amount fell short after network fees, or the same pay-in address was reused. This page explains how to pay correctly and what to send support when a payment is not credited.

How to pay with crypto

  1. Open the checkout at https://anyip.io/account/#/plans or click + Buy Traffic in the dashboard header.
  2. Choose the amount of GB you want to buy.
  3. Select Crypto as the payment method.
  4. Select the token and network you intend to use, then send the exact amount shown.
Pay with the asset and network that the checkout instructs. If you select USDT, send USDT. If you select USDC, send USDC. Sending a different asset than the one selected can cause the payment to go uncredited.

Select the correct token and network

The token and network are chosen during the checkout flow. The available networks depend on the token. For example, USDT can be used on Solana, but you have to select that combination first. If the order only accepts USDC and you want to pay with USDT, pick a chain where USDT is available before sending funds. Check supported assets and networks on the NowPayments status page: https://nowpayments.io/status-page.
Sending the wrong asset (for example, USDT to a TRX pay-in address) can result in lost funds. Crypto payments are not refundable. See Wrong asset sent below.

Send the exact amount, including network fees

Send the exact amount shown by the payment provider, including any network fees. The amount that reaches the order is the amount you send minus the network fee, so a payment of 25 USDT can arrive as roughly 21 USDT once the fee is deducted. These are network fees, not hidden fees from anyIP. If your payment is short, it may be credited on a proportional basis (for example, a partial 13.57 of a 23.76 order credits the matching share of GB), but future short payments may not be accepted or prorated. To avoid issues, send the full requested amount plus the network fee.

Always generate a fresh payment order

Each payment needs its own new payment order with its own pay-in address. Do not send funds to a pay-in address from a previous order. If your first order expires, run the full NowPayments checkout again to generate a new pay-in address. Refresh the page before you start a new payment so you get a new address. Reusing the same pay-in address twice is a common reason a payment is not credited. If you accidentally paid the same address twice, refresh your anyIP dashboard. In some cases the balance appears after a refresh. If it does not, contact support with the details below.

Expired orders

Crypto payment orders expire after a set window. A screenshot that shows “expired” only tells support that the order timed out; it does not let them locate the payment. If you paid before the order expired, support can still trace the transaction, but only with the TXID or TRX hash. Send that instead of the expired-status screenshot.

What support needs to locate your payment

To trace a crypto payment, support needs:
  • The TXID, also called the TRX hash. This is the transaction hash from your wallet, usually a long alphanumeric string. A payment receipt or screenshot is not the TXID.
  • The token you sent (for example, USDT, USDC).
  • The network you used (for example, Solana SOL, TRON, BSC, ETH).
  • The NowPayments Order ID, if you have it.
Copy and paste the TXID as text rather than sending a screenshot, so support can search the blockchain directly. You can check the payment status yourself with your NowPayments Order ID or TXID on the status page: https://nowpayments.io/status-page.

Manual activation when a payment is not credited

If you sent the correct asset on the correct network and your traffic still has not arrived, send support your TXID, token, and network. The billing team reviews the transaction and credits the account manually. The billing team is based in Europe and is available 8 AM to 5 PM GMT. Cases are usually handled within 24 hours, and there can be added delay on weekends. After the team confirms the payment, log in and refresh your dashboard to see the credited balance. Crypto confirmation time also depends on network load and the currency used. As long as you sent the correct amount, including fees, within the order window, the payment will confirm.

Wrong asset sent

If you send an asset that does not match the one selected for the order (for example, you send TRX when the order expected USDT, or USDT to a TRX address), the payment cannot be processed automatically. Send support the TXID and the asset you actually sent. In some cases the billing team can convert the received asset to its equivalent value and credit the matching GB. This is a manual review and is not guaranteed. Crypto payments are not refundable, so there is always a risk of losing funds when the wrong asset is sent. See the return policy. To avoid this, send only the asset you selected during checkout, or create a new payment order for the asset you want to use.

Crypto payments are not refundable

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to credit card payments only. Crypto payments are final and are not covered by the refund policy. If you want the ability to request a refund, pay by card at https://anyip.io/account/#/plans.
